Vacation Leadership Program

VLP for teenagers and pre-teens gives participants the opportunity to discover their own potential by developing interpersonal and leadership skills, increasing their self-confidence and acquiring the motivation and ability to bring about change. This summer program offers hands on learning; enabling teenagers regardless of background, experience or ability to get ahead showing them to:

  • Express themselves
  • Pursue goals
  • Solve Problems
  • Resolve conflicts

Objectives:
  • Boost self esteem and confidence
  • Develop sense of purpose
  • Improve communication skills & public speaking
  • Teach participants to work with others
  • Teach participants to identify & work on areas of strength and weakness (self-discovery)
